Cont-casa Information:

Cont-casa was designed in order to be transported by air, land or sea around the world as an standadr 20 ft container: 6.058 mm Lenth, 2.591 mm High y 2.438 mm Width, with a Max Gross Wigth of de 7500 kg (16.500 lbs) fully equiped. The bases of the units is a 20 ft container in which the sides are dropped down from a hinge system located at the bottom of the unit. By this way the two dsides become the right and left floor of the unit by itself. The house was designed to be staked at four highs during transport on ships. The total area of the house is 45 square meters of construction wich includes two bedrooms, a bath , a kitchen and a living room. The baths are fully equiped with toilet, sink and tub. The instalation of the house takes about 5 to 7 days.




EMERGENCY CONTAINER UNITS  ( SHE )

General information in she houses:

The she house was designed to be use as an emergency unit to be used when people loss their houses for a natural desaster. The unit by itself consist on a 12.20 mts Lenth unit , deivided in two compartment in the inside capable to refugy two samll families . Inside the unit each compartment is about 6.10 mts. lenth by 2.45 mts. width each. CEach container has two main doors and two rear doors with bars and windows.

Inside the unit there are 2 steel frame double high beds (without matress)instaled pluss and additional bed frame:

a.- Two high bed frames 1.90 x 0.70 mts.

b.- Two high bed frame 1.65 x 0.70 mts.

c.- Bed frame 1.90 x 0.70 mts.
The bath is 2 mts. x 1 mt. with sanitary equipment included (Sink and toilet) with concrete floor and plycem walls. The bath unit is placed at the back of the containers. The baths are a separate module from the container itself.
